Generations aren’t dividing us, but the stereotypes are!
Age diversity is beneficial to project teams and organizational teams of all kinds. Diverse organizations are more creative, innovative and profitable. But these benefits can only be reaped if the organization’s culture is inclusive and supportive. Unfortunately, many stereotypes about different age groups/ generation persist and can negatively affect the individual, team and organizational performance.
