Every Space a Safe Space - What does „safe space“ mean to me and how can I implement it to my life and activities? am 25.11.2020
What does „safe space“ mean to me and how can I implement it to my life and activities?
According to Oxford Dictionary safe space is a „place or environment in which a person or category of people can feel confident that they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, harassment, or any other emotional or physical harm“. Based on that safe space is not only a physical space, but something more. Therefore, how can we define and implement it in our professional and personal lives and activities? During this session we will try to find the answer in a safe space environment.
